Happy Easter Everyone!!!Nothing beats waking up on Easter morning and having a nice big Irish breakfast! With all the ingrediants from home. (...well except the eggs)
It's like a heart attack on a plate! :D
Later on this was followed by a nice big 'Irish Style' Easter dinner with all the trimmings! Best dinner since Christmas I would say.
Roast chicken, roast spuds, mashed spuds, homemade stuffing, and carrots!! YUMMERS!!!
Afterwards it was all topped off with a nice bowl of Aero Chocolate mousse... it looks like a turd but it tastes like heaven!!!
A skype with mammy, daddy and Sarah and then its time to watch 'Babes in Toyland 1961'! What a classic! Such a lovely Easter Day!
